Felicity Jones plays Kim, a girl whose dreams of becoming a champion skateboarder are thwarted after the death of her mum. Depressed by her job in a burger bar and struggling to make ends meet, she accepts a well-paid position as a chalet girl at a ski resort. From the very beginning Kim is totally out of her depth among her wealthy employers and can't even stay upright on a set of skis. Only the boss's son Jonny (Ed Westwick) sweetens the deal. That is until she gets back on her board - only this time it's a snowboard - and finds her old thirst for competition coming back full throttle. Will this give her the strength to tackle Jonny's snooty girlfriend Chloe (Sophia Bush) head-on, as well as the end-of-season snowboarding trials?
