21 Jump Street

On Tuesday I went to see 21 Jump Street.

When Jenko (Channing Tatum) and Schmidt (Jonah Hill) run into each other at the Metropolitan Police Academy, it's the first time they've met since their schooldays. Back then, Jenko was a jock who bullied nerdy Schmidt relentlessly. But now they decide to become friends. After all, Jenko's brawn and Schmidt's brains are surely a winning combination when it comes to tackling crime. But after fouling up while on park patrol, the hapless duo find their youthful faces get them re-assigned on undercover duty to bust a school drugs ring. Unfortunately, this also means confronting the highs and lows of being a teenager all over again! Renowned as the show that launched Johnny Depp's career, '21 Jump Street' gets a 21st century makeover for a modern audience. And, as well as starring in the film, Jonah Hill also co-wrote the script!
