The Adjustment Bureau

Tonight I have been to see The Adjustment Bureau.
Matt Damon and Emily Blunt star in this fast-paced thriller about fate, destiny and forbidden love.
Based on the short novel by acclaimed author Philip K. Dick, The Adjustment Bureau tells the intriguing story of David Norris (Matt Damon), an ambitious politician who falls in love with enchanting ballerina Elise (Emily Blunt). But mysterious forces are determined to keep them apart and the agents of fate - otherwise known as the Adjustment Bureau - forbid him to see her. David must make a decision: let her go and follow a predestined path, or choose to give up everything to be with her. As he and Elise defy fate itself by going on the run, it becomes clear the Bureau isn't going to let them go without a fight. From first-time director George Nolfi, and the seminal novelist behind Blade Runner and Minority Report, this is a story of love against all odds that will quickly have you hooked.
