3D Gulliver's Travels
This afternoon I have been to see Gulliver's Travels in 3D.
Jack Black stars as Gulliver, a freelance writer washed up on the shores of Lilliput and greeted by its tiny inhabitants. His tall tales win them over and he develops a friendship with Horatio (Jason Segel), offering advice on how to win over the beautiful Princess of Lilliput (Emily Blunt). But when he lets his new friends down, and is exposed as a liar, Gulliver must grasp his last opportunity to show that he can do the right thing. Rob Letterman, who directed Monsters vs Aliens and Shark Tale, moves into live action with this new adaptation of Jonathan Swift's classic 18th-century satire. With a great supporting cast of British talent, this family adventure proves the best version yet of Swift's timeless tale.
