The Danish Girl

The Danish Girl is based on a true, historical novel which tells the story of Lili (Eddie Redmayne), who was originally called Einar, a landscape painter who discovered she was a woman after posing in women's clothes for her wife.

With the support of wife Gerda (Alicia Vikander) Einar had one of the first gender reassignment surgeries in the world, and lived out the rest of her life as Lili Elbe.

And if the superstar leading cast and exciting plot aren't enough, the film is being directed by Tom Hooper, who was also in the director's chair for Les Miserables and The King's Speech. So it's fair to say audiences are expecting something pretty special!

creed

Sylvester Stallone trains Michael B. Jordan in this visceral and compelling spin-off of the Rocky series. After a lifetime of pugilism, two-time world heavyweight boxing champion Rocky Balboa (Sylvester Stallone) is now retired and living in Philadelphia. But life throws another curveball at Rocky with the appearance of Adonis Johnson Creed (Michael B. Jordan), troubled son of his late rival-turned-friend Apollo Creed. Adonis never knew his father, who died in the ring, but is determined to follow in his footsteps. Rocky reluctantly agrees to become his trainer, even as he takes on an opponent more merciless than any he faced in the ring. Fantastic Four star Michael B. Jordan reunites with Fruitvale Station director Ryan Coogler, who stamps his own gritty mark on the Rocky franchise with this gripping spin-off movie. For added authenticity, real-life English pro boxer - and former three-time ABA Heavyweight champion - Tony Bellew plays Creed's main opponent 'Pretty' Ricky Conlan.
